Mr. Khoo Boo Teck Randolph is an Independent Director of our Company and was appointed to our Board on 9 June 2009. He is currently a director of Drew & Napier LLC, a corporation of advocates and solicitors, and co-heads its China Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
Mr. Khoo commenced his legal career with Drew & Napier. He is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths. He served on the Advocacy Committee of the Law Society of Singapore and he was also an Ad-hoc Adjunct Tutor for the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore from 1995 to 2001.
Mr. Khoo graduated with a degree in law from the National University of Singapore in 1989. He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators as well as a member of the International Bar Association, Society of International Law (Singapore), Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
